Attorneys
Robert Ackermann is an attorney
admitted to practice in the states of California and Colorado. He is a
graduate of the University of Denver College of Law, and he also received
his Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Ackermann practices in the Los Angeles area, where he represents a
wide variety of both business clients and individual clients. Aside from
child support matters, his practice has also included such diverse areas
as corporate, partnership and real estate law, federal tax law, general
civil litigation and personal injury litigation. Mr. Ackermann is also
Legal Editor for Video Age Magazine, an entertainment publication based
in New York.
Bernal Ojeda,
of counsel, is a bilingual attorney (Spanish and English speaking) who
is a 1988 graduate of the LaVerne University College of Law. For more
than fifteen years, Mr. Ojeda has practiced in all areas of family law,
including child support, child custody and marital dissolution. Mr. Ojeda
has served as a Judge Pro Tem, and for more than five years also served
as a member of the Los Angeles County Family Law Indigent Panel, where
he represented many disadvantaged non-custodial parents in child support
matters that were initiated by the County. For many years, his practice
has also been heavily concentrated in the areas of Bankruptcy Law and
Criminal Law.
